Simply choose a service and enter your address to see real upfront prices in your area. No account is required to browse. When you are ready to book, create a free account and confirm your appointment. That is it.
Is House Fly free to use?
Yes. There are no sign-up fees, membership fees, or hidden charges. Our service fee is already included in the prices you see, so what you see is what you pay.
What services does House Fly offer?

Booking and Services

How do I book a service?
Choose the service you need, enter your address, and you will see real upfront prices from available pros in your area. Select the pro and time that work best for you, confirm your booking, and you are all set. No phone calls, no waiting for estimates.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. You can also reschedule anytime through your account. If you need to make changes, just update your booking in the app or reach out to our support team.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Absolutely. You can book as many services as you need, and all of your upcoming, recurring, and completed jobs will be organized in one place so you can easily manage your projects.
Can I request the same pro for future jobs?
Yes. If you had a great experience with a pro, you can view their profile and book directly with them again for future services.
What if I need additional work done during a service?
If you need more work done before the job is finished, you can make additional payments at any time through the platform. Just communicate with your pro through the in-app chat to discuss the extra work.
Can I book same-day or emergency services?
Yes. House Fly offers same-day booking when pros are available in your area. Simply search for the service you need and check available times for today.

Pricing and Payments

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our service fee is built into the pricing you see when browsing, so there are no surprise charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay, not a cent more.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely.
When am I charged for a service?
Payment is collected when you book, but House Fly holds all payments until the job is completed. This protects you by ensuring your money is only released to the pro after the work is done.
Is there a cancellation fee?
House Fly does not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service start time. Some pros may set their own late cancellation policies, which will be visible before you book.
How do I get a refund if something goes wrong?
You can dispute a completed service through House Fly within 48 hours of completion. Once a dispute is submitted, the payment is placed on hold while our team reviews the case and works toward a resolution.

Yes. House Fly offers secure transactions through PayPal and Stripe, ID-verified service professionals, and private in-app chat so you never have to share your personal phone number or email. All payments are held until the job is completed, and you can dispute any service within 48 hours.

Yes. Every service professional on House Fly is ID verified before they can offer services on our platform. You can also view each pro's profile, reviews, and ratings before booking.
How do I communicate with my service pro?
House Fly provides a private in-app chat so you can communicate directly with your pro without sharing your personal phone number or email address. This keeps your contact information safe and all communication in one place.
Is House Fly insured?
Yes, House Fly carries business insurance. We recommend also confirming that your service professional carries their own liability coverage for the specific work being performed.

What if something goes wrong with my service?
Every booking comes with a dedicated service representative who stays with you from booking through completion. If any issue arises, you can reach out through the app and your rep will help resolve it. You also have a 48-hour dispute window after your service is completed to raise any concerns.

After a service is marked as completed or canceled, you have 48 hours to open a dispute through the app. Your dedicated service rep will review the situation, gather details from both sides, and work toward a fair resolution. Payments are held in escrow until the job is confirmed complete, so your money is protected.
Can I leave a review for my service pro?
Yes! After your service is completed, you can rate and review your service pro directly in the app. Your feedback helps other customers make informed decisions and helps us maintain high-quality service standards across the platform.

For Service Pros

How do I become a House Fly service pro?
Getting started is simple. Download the House Fly app, create a pro account, and complete the verification process including ID verification. Once approved, you can set your availability, choose your service areas, and start accepting jobs in your area.
Are there any fees to join as a service pro?
There are no sign-up fees or monthly membership costs. House Fly takes a service fee that is already baked into the pricing customers see, so you receive the full amount shown for your jobs. You keep what you earn with no hidden deductions.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are processed after the customer confirms the job is complete. Funds are sent directly to your connected PayPal or Stripe account. The 48-hour dispute window ensures both parties are protected before final payment is released.
How do I get more clients on House Fly?
The best way to grow on House Fly is to deliver great service and earn positive reviews. Keep your profile complete, respond to bookings promptly, and maintain high ratings. The platform matches customers with top-rated pros in their area, so quality work leads to more opportunities.
